Ejection Report

If you have an ejection or incident report that needs to be completed, this is how you do it.  From the browser version of Dragonfly, access your assignment.  At the bottom of the page choose the button called “Add Document”, click there, Then choose whether it is an ejection or incident. From the Officials App, access the assignment, then move to the bottom of the page, choose Documents from the tab, then choose Ejection Report or Incident Report.

Then you enter the reason for the ejection.

Please make sure that you give the rule (number, article, section), a ‘just the facts’ description of what happened (do not give commentary), and how you dealt with the situation. In the event of a 2nd caution ejection, list both caution offenses.
